• Unauthorized use of the company name, logo, branding materials, legal documents, or promotional content is prohibited.
• No person shall create fake websites, social media pages, advertisements, or misleading campaigns using the company identity.
• Sharing false information, fake offers, or misleading business plans in the name of Nav Ayurveda Wellness Private Limited is prohibited.
• Any form of harassment, abusive behavior, threats, or unethical conduct towards customers, distributors, or company staff shall not be tolerated.
• Distributors must not manipulate product pricing, tamper with packaging, or sell expired or damaged products.
• Unauthorized collection of customer data or misuse of personal information is strictly prohibited.
• Any activity violating Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, or applicable Indian laws may result in suspension or termination of distributorship without prior notice.
• The company reserves the right to take disciplinary or legal action against any individual involved in fraudulent, unethical, or unlawful activities.
