The company does not promote any Pyramid Scheme, as defined under the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, nor does it enroll any person into such schemes or participate in any such arrangement in any manner whatsoever under the guise of Direct Selling business activities.
Nav Ayurveda Wellness Private Limited also does not engage in or promote any Money Circulation Scheme or fraudulent financial activity in the name of business opportunities or direct selling.
The company further confirms that it complies with all other applicable provisions and guidelines issued under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, as may be amended or notified by the Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India, from time to time.
The company shall continue to maintain transparency, ethical business practices, and customer trust in all its operations.
